One of our team members, Terri, has been enlisting prayer warriors from around the country to commit their prayers for our 40 Days for Life campaign this year. Check out this sweet letter she received from the Carmelite sisters at the Sacred Heart Retreat House in Alhambra, California:
Praised be Jesus Christ! The Carmelite Sisters send you our greetings and prayers.
May God reward you for all your prayers and support! Please know of our prayerful support during these 40 days for Life Campaign as it begins today! We support you in our Holy Hour and remember you in our intentions at Holy Mass. We understand the need for prayer and sacrifice for this special ministry which is found with many obstacles because of the spiritual warfare behind it, but it contains within it the most rewarding gift of Life! We pray and are grateful for your beautiful witness of selfless love for the unborn and the well-being of their mothers. You are serving Christ Himself in these little ones.
